Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems on Google Cloud Platform.
You will work closely with our data engineering team to develop and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts using Big Query, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
You will also be responsible for migrating data pipelines from RDBMS and Big Data platforms to Google Cloud Platform, and for optimizing data processing workflows for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop large-scale data processing systems on Google Cloud Platform
- Develop and implement data pipelines, data warehouses, and data marts using Big Query, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL
- Migrate data pipelines from RDBMS and Big Data platforms to Google Cloud Platform
- Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability
- Work closely with the data engineering team to develop and implement data solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions meet business requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with hands-on GCP expertise
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data modeling
- Expertise in integrating Streaming and Batch processing using Dataflow
- Proficiency in No SQL database Systems like Big Table and HBase
- Experience in building hybrid data pipelines between On Prem Hadoop platform and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in Building Data warehouse and Data Mart solutions using Big Query
