Cybersecurity Specialist

At Intact, we're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you'll play a critical role in promoting and enforcing corporate cybersecurity policies and standards.
About the Role
We're looking for a seasoned Information Security Advisor with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join our team. As a PAM expert, you'll be responsible for designing and operationalizing platforms, processes, and procedures to protect privileged accounts and credentials.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a cybersecurity advocate, providing guidance and advice to stakeholders on corporate cybersecurity policies and standards.
- Collaborate with IT and information security teams to design and operationalize PAM platforms and processes.
- Build and maintain privileged access management infrastructure, including middleware and connectors.
- Troubleshoot network and firewall issues related to PAM platform integration.
- Collaborate with vendors to establish PAM strategies and extend platform integration.
- Provide after-hours support for high availability of PAM platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in IT and 3 years' experience in cybersecurity or IAM.
- Experience in configuring, integrating, and deploying IAM platforms like CyberArk, Hashicorp, Sailpoint, BeyondTrust, etc.
- Certifications in information security skills, such as CISSP, CISM, or GSEC.
- Demonstrated commitment to training and self-learning in cybersecurity.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work as part of a multidisciplinary IT team.
- Bilingualism required for candidates in Quebec.
