Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plant Propagator to join our team at our nursery in Essex County, Ontario. As a Plant Propagator, you will be responsible for the propagation and cultivation of our fruit trees and grapevines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propagate fruit trees and grapevines using various techniques, including grafting and budding.
  • Cultivate and care for plants in our nursery, ensuring optimal growth and health.
  • Monitor and maintain plant inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in plant propagation and cultivation.
  • Strong knowledge of fruit tree and grapevine cultivation, including propagation techniques and plant care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
