At S.i. Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Junior Contract Administrator to play a crucial role in the transition of commodity agreements into S/4HANA for oil and gas products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the transition of commodity agreements into S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review, execute, manage, and retain contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  3. Utilize SAP/S/4HANA expertise to optimize contract management processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, and operations teams.
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience as a Contract Analyst or Contract Administrator, with a strong background in contract management and administration.
  2. Proven experience in review, execution, management, and retention of contracts, with a focus on oil and gas industry.
  3. SAP/S/4HANA experience, with a strong understanding of contract management processes and workflows.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Legal Assistant or Business Administration diploma, with a focus on contract law and management.
