Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at TRANSMAX LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our organization.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all computer equipment and machinery are functioning properly and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Accurate and efficient in all aspects of work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
