We are seeking a skilled Digital Printing Operations Specialist to join our team at Canvas Craft Industries Ltd.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and position pieces of film to produce flats or composite negatives, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Convert graphic art and photographs into film for assembly and exposure onto printing plates or cylinders, utilizing precision and attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and maintain the performance of etching machines, photogravure processes, and laser equipment to ensure optimal results.
  • Operate computerized equipment to prepare film, laser, or dylux proofs for quality control purposes or customer review, adhering to industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including colour separations, corrections, and editing tasks performed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital printing operations, including colour separation, retouching, and editing.
  • Familiarity with computer-controlled studio systems and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
