Commercial Litigation Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop and implement case plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Experience in taking business disputes to court, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, and property-related disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Law Society of British Columbia.
  • 6+ years of experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong academic credentials, including excellent law school transcripts.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working with big law firms preferred.
