About the Role

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of Institutional and Commercial Construction Projects in the Kelowna Area. You will work closely with a passionate team of builders who share a strong desire to deliver profitable, on-time projects. Your experience in leading commercial construction projects valued from $1m to $30m+ will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced builders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects
