Job Title: Logistics and Inventory Control ManagerEstimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
Job Description:Company OverviewPacific Bolt Manufacturing Ltd. is a dynamic and growing company that requires an experienced Logistics and Inventory Control Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and logistics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, transportation, and supply chain activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Monitor department's performance and implement corrective actions as necessary;
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet production and delivery schedules;
- Prepare reports for senior management on key performance indicators;
- Supervise staff and train new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively;
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards;
- Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods;
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking;
- No degree required, but 5 years or more of experience in logistics, inventory control, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards;
