Job Title: Sales Associate - Spirit Consignment

As a Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain exceptional Guest Services, adhering to Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store
  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
  • Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 16
  • Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for 8 hours

As a Sales Associate, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but please note that Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.

Important Note: The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
