Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Imaging Professional to join our team at Shared Health in Dauphin.

About the Role:

As a General Duty Medical Radiology Technologist, you will perform assigned Diagnostic duties in accordance with your scope of training and experience. You will provide direct patient/resident care and technical support functions as part of the multi-disciplinary team approach of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment
  • Provide patient care and ensure a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines
  • Maintain quality assurance programs and standards set by Accreditation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Medical Radiography program with attained certification by CAMRT
  • Active registration with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
  • Experience in Diagnostic Imaging preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient analytical and organizational skills
