About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Marketing Specialist to join our team at Joshi Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in driving business growth and development through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets;
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that meet business objectives;
  • Maintain and update databases of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell platforms;
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content;
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the industrial and commercial products sector;
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through effective marketing strategies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
