Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking
  • Collaborate with WAMIC technical staff, R&I Business Development team, and Research Network partners to drive sales and innovation
  • Provide market analysis and sales reports to WAMIC leadership
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued sales success
Requirements:
  • Three (3) year Diploma or Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Three (3) years demonstrated experience and success selling solutions associated with mechanical design, product development, automation, productivity improvement, manufacturing operations management, or digital transformation
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the manufacturing sector in the Niagara Region and beyond
  • Proven ability to understand client challenges and identify appropriate technology solutions to meet desired client outcomes

Niagara College Canada offers a competitive salary range of $41.77/hr - $45.25/hr for a 24 hour work week, with additional hours available as needed. We also provide a balance of on-campus and remote work through our Remote Work Policy.

If selected for an interview, candidates must present proof of education (original transcripts/credentials). Note: Credentials obtained outside of Canada require an evaluation to determine the Canadian educational equivalence.
