Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Service Station Attendant to join our team at Windsor's Service Swan River Ltd. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring the efficient operation of our service station.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning the gas bar, convenience store, and surrounding areas.
  • Perform minor property maintenance, including repairing equipment and performing basic repairs.
  • Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales, as well as other relevant data.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, as well as stock shelves and clean counter areas.
  • Provide customer service, including handling payments and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, as well as sweep debris and remove snow from streets, sidewalks, building grounds, and other areas.
  • Replenish fuel and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma necessary.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Must be available to work shift or on-call hours.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will also be exposed to outdoor conditions, including wet, damp, hot, and cold temperatures.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
