We are currently seeking highly skilled Customer Service Advisors to join our team based out of our Langley office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive effective, accurate, and timely support.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment, with excellent administration and customer service skills. You will work closely with the Customer Experience Team to handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enquiries, and book appointments.

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance, Enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave, and Cycle to Work Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage customer data and update records as necessary
  • Book appointments and manage schedules
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Experience Team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Excellent administration and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
