Job Title: Clinical Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Physiotherapist to join our team at Vitalité Health Network. As a Clinical Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in the assessment, identification, interpretation, education, rehabilitation, and prevention of physical dysfunction or pain in our clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their physical needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
  • Provide education and training to clients, families, and healthcare professionals on physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of physiotherapy services and improve client outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick and eligible for membership in the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties.
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance).
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values.
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in a clinical or hospital setting.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and research principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
