About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at Legault Group. As a key member of our distribution center team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse space;
- Handle damaged packages and dispose of them properly;
- Unpack and compact cardboard boxes;
- Sort and prioritize shipments for delivery to our stores;
- Manage the distribution of orders and other materials according to daily store lists;
- Handle pallets and ensure they are properly stored;
- Operate electric pallet wrappers to prepare pallets for shipping;
- Perform other related tasks as needed;
Requirements
- Be highly organized and resourceful;
- Be responsible and self-motivated;
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Be able to lift weights ranging from 2 to 20kg;
- Be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently;
- Respect the work environment and adhere to safety protocols;
- Be available to work overtime as needed;
- Be reliable and punctual;
