We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to manage our end-to-end supply chain process. This role involves managing the supply chain process and communication with suppliers and internal departments to ensure delivery and production expectations are met. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to work in a high-paced environment.

This position reports directly to the Director, Supply Chain and Logistics, and will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the Supply Chain organization within IBG and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective planning and supply strategies to ensure timely delivery of products
  2. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  3. Liaise with Finance to provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and budgeting information
  4. Design and implement processes to optimize costs and improve supply chain efficiency
  5. Lead and manage a high-performing team of Supply Chain Analysts to drive business growth and efficiency
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related technical field
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management systems and complementary technologies such as NetSuite
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with ORACLE/Netsuite and EDI, with a solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
