Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Salius Rehab Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing nursing care and support to our patients in a rehabilitation centre and special health institution setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being
  • Perform various duties related to patient care and comfort, including weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines to ensure safe and effective participation
  • Transport patients between care facilities as needed
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Nursing Aide Certificate and Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Criminal record check
