Responsibilities- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring that all items are properly cleaned and stored.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, as needed.
- Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue and stains.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas.
- Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and responsible manner.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation, as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
