As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise through the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment and networks. Your primary duties will include:

  • Installing and configuring telecommunications equipment and networks in customer locations.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant industry experience and technical certifications are considered assets.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends, holidays, and emergency situations.
  • Valid provincial driver's license and satisfactory driving abstract.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
