Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Westwinds Car Wash Ltd. As a Car Wash Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities to ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and employee safety.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and recommend services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of equipment and furnishings to enhance our facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Maintain inventory levels of supplies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
Requirements
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the car wash industry.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
  • This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, often under time pressure.
Personal Suitability
  • You must possess excellent client-focused skills, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
  • A permanent work term with an estimated 30 hours per week is available.
  • The primary language spoken in this workplace is English.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
