Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Specialist to join our team at Northcan Construction Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting drywall sheets, as well as taping joints and embedding tape in compound.

Work Site Environment: The successful candidate will work at heights, outdoors, and in dusty and hot conditions. They will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities: The Drywall Installation Specialist will be responsible for cleaning and preparing surfaces, cutting and installing metal corner beads, and positioning and securing drywall sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists. They will also be required to work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages, and to prepare wall and ceiling layouts.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in drywall installation. They will also be required to have a valid driver's license and to be able to work in a team environment.

Working Conditions: The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week and will be required to be reliable, flexible, and a team player. They will also be required to have good hand-eye coordination and to be able to handle heavy loads.
