About the Role

Adeer Contracting Ltd is seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will play a crucial role in bringing residential and commercial projects to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts according to building codes, utilizing measuring tools to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • BUILDING FOUNDATIONS, INSTALLING FLOOR BEAMS, LAYING SUBFLOORING AND ERECTING WALLS AND ROOF SYSTEMS.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as minimum educational requirement.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in framing and carpentry.
Work Environment and Conditions
  • This is a physically demanding job that requires working at various locations.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range based on industry standards for this role. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 to $65,000 CAD, depending on location and level of experience.
