About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Package Implementation Expert to join our team. As a Package Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining application packaged solutions for our clients.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how to integrate packaged technology into their environment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that clients achieve their business goals and remain competitive in the market.

Your responsibilities will include conducting fit/gap analysis and business/process modeling, gathering business/application requirements, configuring and testing SAP HR Time Management applications, leading development of functional and systems specifications, writing and maintaining necessary documentation, educating client team members, and providing support to maintain efficient operations of their SAP payroll application.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments. Experience with forecasting, scheduling, vacation management, and leave management is also required.

The ideal candidate will have a solid business background, hands-on experience in consulting, and expertise in SAP S4HANA/ECC 6.0 implementation. A minimum of 3 years' experience in configuration of SAP HCM Time Management is also necessary.
