About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Hercules SLR. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Enter all orders in a timely manner and communicate with relevant personnel to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate customer information and update records as required.
- Support ongoing sales activities, including quotations, follow-up quotations, and product information.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Proactively contact clients to promote Hercules' products and services, meeting or exceeding daily outbound call goals.
- Manage day-to-day interactions and sales functions between clients, Territory Managers, and product supply functions.
- Provide client service via telephone, in-person, and electronic communications.
- Support Territory Managers with quotations, orders, and correspondence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to read engineered drawings or equivalent considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Driven to reach sales goals and learn new skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
