Job Title: E-Learning Quality Assurance ExpertDuration: Full Time. Location: Canada, Spain, Ireland (Remote)
About the Role:The E-Learning Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that all learning and development programs meet quality standards and guidelines.
They collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve effective quality assurance plans, test scenarios, and/or conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects found across learning products.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintains quality control of all learning products, resources, and tools through execution and monitoring of quality policies and procedures.
- Assists in enhancing the quality plan, prepares test scenarios and test cases for testing the learning products.
- Conducts testing, identifying and documenting any defects or issues found in the learning products, and communicates swiftly to the relevant team(s) to ensure quick resolution.
- Advises and conducts triage and RCA with internal and external Content Developers to ensure products align with Learning Creation content quality standards, and legal compliance requirements when appropriate.
- Reviews and ensures learning products meet established quality and accessibility standards requirements for English and translated multi-language products.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with Translation vendors, Learning Partners, Project Managers, and Content Owners, as needed.
- Work with leadership to ensure all divisional programs are compliant with stated standards.
- Experience in testing, releasing, and managing inventory, archiving and retiring learning resources aligned with the governance guidelines of the solution.
Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
