Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager to join our team at CLEARCODE SOLUTIONS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures for information systems, authorizing the development of specifications for products or services, and meeting with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of information systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
