Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving engineering processes to meet the needs of our internal customers. Your expertise in process optimization and industrial engineering will enable you to lead workshops and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the applicability of proposed solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and propose improvements to engineering processes to meet internal customer needs
  • Lead workshops to capture requirements and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Support improvement initiatives aligned with the product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy
  • Assist engineering users during and after the deployment of process & tools improvements
  • Provide regular visibility on managed projects
  • Lead activities to identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Facilitate problem-solving and ensure engineering stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of relevant industrial experience with NX software
  • Good overall knowledge of software, including advanced design techniques and PLM principles
  • Experience in CAD and PLM, with knowledge of product change management principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, with ability to train and/or mentor others
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills within a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
