About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized and our costs are minimized.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
