Fish and Chips Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated Fish and Chips Supervisor to join our team at Sir Winstons Fish & Chips. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and materials as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
