Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers
• Conduct thorough site visits to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with the technical team to share knowledge and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of service reports and installations

Requirements:
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. Demonstrated experience in Field Service is highly advantageous. You'll be a team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment is necessary. Experience with copier machines, printers/scanners, ATMs, PCs, appliances, or vending machines is beneficial. Excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, and high organizational skills are also required. Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and participate in dual lifts up to 68 kg is necessary.
