**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform complex surgeries with minimal supervision
  • Develop treatment plans for small companion animals
  • Mentor junior staff members
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care

**Requirements:**

  • Completed a small animal surgery residency
  • Board Certified Small Animal Surgeon
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
