Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Darlene's Home Support Services Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, or other needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Valid CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
