Drive Customer Success with Google Cloud

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer-facing teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions on Google Cloud. As a key member of our Google Cloud Consulting team, you'll work closely with our Go-To-Market teams to develop and execute strategies that drive customer adoption and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement implementation strategies for Google Cloud customers, translating customer business needs into actionable delivery models.
  • Manage the services business process, from lead stage to delivery stage, ensuring operational excellence and driving forecast management, scoping documentation, and agreement closure.
  • Collaborate with our Professional Service Organization (PSO) Consultants to define project goals, success criteria, and statements of work for customer-related projects.
  • Develop and maintain regional and industry business relationships with internal teams, driving proactive services business strategies based on regional needs.
Requirements:
  • ~8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including interfacing with executive stakeholders, managing and delivering IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in Cloud Professional Services organizations, IT consulting, or program management organizations.
  • Master's degree in a management, technical, or engineering field.
  • Experience in value consulting, proposal development, and execution with public cloud providers like Google Cloud.
