Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of client premises, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
  • Cleaning Equipment: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and other machinery, in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services, supporting each other as needed to achieve outstanding results.
  • Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, reporting any hazards or incidents to management immediately.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Previous experience in janitorial services or a related field is an asset
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include:
