We are seeking a highly skilled Ruminant Nutritionist to join our team at P&H New Life Mills. As a key member of our nutrition team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting feed formulations for dairy, beef, and small ruminants in our Ontario and Western Canada operations.

• Develop and implement ruminant feed formulations that meet the performance expectations of our customers, health, welfare, and economic requirements.
• Utilize ration balancing software to adjust and build feeding programs that meet the strategic objectives of the company.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance & Quality Control Team, Procurement Team, and Mill Operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support for Sales and Marketing, including workshops, technical bulletins, and marketing materials.

• Master's degree in Animal Science or a related field.
• Experience in ruminant nutrition and feed formulation.
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of feeding and management on farm.
• Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with other members of the team.
