**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of programmer-analysts and contribute to the development process
* Supervise the planning, organization, coordination, and control of design and deployment
* Collaborate with the functionality analysis and quality assurance teams to ensure project delivery in accordance with deadlines and initial requests
* Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered and meet business requirements
* Establish and implement best practices, methodologies, and standards within the development team
* Provide technical coaching, practical leadership, and constructive supervision to the team
* Ensure the delivery of team results by respecting ceremonies and Scrum principles
* Conduct performance management for team members in collaboration with superiors
* Contribute to staff training needs assessment, provide coaching, and develop career plans

**Requirements**

* College or university degree in computer science
* Over 10 years of experience in software design, architecture, and deployment, including at least 5 years in a management position of a development team
* Agile/Scrum project management experience required
* Excellent knowledge of software development processes and/or methodologies
* Bilingualism (English, French) both orally and in writing is an asset
