Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct pre-bid, progress, and final project site meetings.
- Collect field data required for the preparation of repair specifications, drawings, and tendering documents.
- Assist in preparing/reviewing technical specifications/pre-designs for roofing remediation projects.
- Provide support in the completion of design tender documents.
- Review drawings and specifications to verify that the scope of work is sufficient and meets clients' needs/requirements.
- Participate in design review meetings for roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope.
- Review project submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings.

Requirements
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in an applicable or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in the field of roofing and project management.
- Preference to candidates with Registered Roof Observer (RRO) designation.
- In-depth knowledge of different roofing and construction systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
