We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our Lifecycle Solutions team at Metso Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the commercial development of our Lifecycle Solution (LCS) offering.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and standardize commercial models to support the LCS offering family, ensuring alignment with business and financial targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the commercialization of LCS offerings, including uptime guarantees, pay-per-use models, outcome-based contracts, and risk-sharing agreements.
- Design flexible payment structures based on actual equipment usage and develop financing models with external service providers.
- Provide straightforward alternative business models for Product Groups and Market Areas to boost contractual business volume.
- Work closely with the LCS Offering development team to drive commercial growth, profitability, and customer success.
- Strong social and influencing skills in a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience in contractual and aftermarket business, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Commercial understanding and mindset, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
