Job Title: Nursery Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Supervisor to join our team at Satwant Pannu. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the daily activities of the nursery, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children;
  • To develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children;
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development;
  • To supervise and support the nursery staff in their duties;
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding childcare and education.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual with:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a nursery setting;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and practices.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position working on-site at our location. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
