Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial regulations, risk management, and compliance, with expertise in identifying and mitigating financial risks.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's financial operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective risk assessment strategies to identify potential financial risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
Candidate Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in financial compliance, risk management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and mitigating financial risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of financial regulations, such as GAAP and SOX.
  • Experience with auditing and risk management frameworks, such as COSO and COBIT.
Education and Certifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.

Professional certifications, such as CMA or CPA, are highly desirable.
