Automotive Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at T & A Tire. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, answer inquiries, and provide information to customers.
- Service Coordination: Explain the type and cost of services offered, estimate parts and labor costs, and schedule appointments.
- Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory of parts and materials.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties, receive payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
