We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Health Watch Medical Clinic Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting medical examinations, and developing treatment plans to address various health issues. They will also be expected to maintain accurate medical records, communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals, and stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and analyze medical information from patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat various health conditions.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations to identify diseases, injuries, and other health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' health concerns, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and stay informed about the latest medical research and developments.
- Provide patient education and counseling on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- License to practice medicine in Canada.
- Eligibility for professional liability insurance.
