About the Role

OSI Maritime Systems Ltd. is seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team. As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures to validate software functionality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software products remain competitive.
Requirements
  • 3-6+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automation testing.
  • Experience with Python programming language and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, including test coverage and traceability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
