Job Description

The Mason Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Financial Transformation Project Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact finance projects and driving continuous improvements and automations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance teams to design and implement financial transformation projects
  • Lead and execute projects from beginning to end, including heading up company planning sessions
  • Develop and document internal financial processes
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in finance transformation projects, with a strong track record of success
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Established accounting/finance background, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Experience developing and documenting internal processes
  • Previous experience working with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
