Baker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at The Fickle Fig Farm Market. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders
  • Bake mixed dough and batters
  • Prepare pastry for special occasions
  • Ensure the quality of products meets established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas
  • Operate machinery
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
