Sharonne Starkman is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Caregiver to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $35,000 - $40,000 per year.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional care and support to our clients in a home setting. As a Residential Caregiver, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe living environment, preparing meals, and assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to maintain a dust-free home.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to keep the home clean and organized.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a comfortable living space.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Stock linen closet with fresh linens and supplies.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to keep them clean and fresh.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a comfortable living space.
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to keep the home sparkling clean.
Requirements
  • Criminal record check required.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and adapt to changing situations.
  • Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
  • Judgement to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organized to manage time and resources efficiently.
  • Reliability to meet commitments and deadlines.
  • Patience to work with clients who may require extra care and support.
