- Develop and maintain high-quality character models, textures, and animations.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration of character assets into the game.
- Lead internal and external teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Mentor junior artists to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback and critiques to team members to ensure consistency and quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in character art and animation.
- 7+ years of experience in character art and animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing realistic character art and animation skills.
- Proficiency in Maya, Photoshop, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Marvelous Designer.
- Experience working with diverse teams and collaborating with engineers.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools, workflows, and techniques.
- Expert understanding of human anatomy, clothing construction, and topology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
