Housekeeping Supervisor

Canada Ltd is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective communication.
- Inspect sites regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on facilities management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.
